A MAG box pulls its whole lineup from a portal address rather than an installed app, which makes setup short. The catch is that the MAC address printed on the box has to be registered on our side before anything loads. The channel lineup is what should appear when it does.
Step 1
Open Settings on Boot
When the box loads, the main portal screen appears. Click on Settings, then press the remote button SETUP / SET.
Step 2
Navigate to Servers
Go to System Settings and select Servers.
Step 3
Select Portals
Choose Portals from the Servers menu.
Step 4
Enter Portal Details
In the Portal 1 Name field, enter "IPTV Suppliers". Then paste your Portal URL provided after subscribing.
NoteYou must send us the MAC address of your device (found on the label at the bottom of your box) so we can activate your subscription.
Step 5
Configure NTP Settings
Press OK, then configure NTP: enter pool.ntp.org (or us.pool.ntp.org for North America).
Step 6
Restart Portal
Exit the settings menu twice, then select Restart Portal.
